ConstruSmart was founded by Civil Engineer Oscar Vargas, with over 30 years of bast experience in high-end residences as well as commercial building, small dwellings, remodels, repairs and landscaping. For us, all projects are important. Our mission is to help our customers take their vision from paper to a finished building, help them with small nuances may that be a repair of faucet to change a breaker or any problem that might appear to make your living stress free. He has ample experience in building codes and regulations and negotiating contracts. He brings forth expertise in team building and leadership and quality control inspection and management for every job he takes on.<\/p>\n

He has a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar projects from pre-design work, review\/consulting on procurement contract forms, and advising\/analysis on project delivery methods, constructability reviews, estimation of project-capital cost submittals, catalog cuts and means, bidding activities, project start-up and operations, project management, construction management, scheduling, value engineering, contract administration, procurement, quality assurance, and errors and omissions to fruition. The ability to coordinate trades, build partnerships, and work collaboratively with architects, engineers, vendors, and local officials to ensure the timely and budget friendly completion of a project.<\/p>\n

Due to his passion for building, Oscar has also developed an innate passion for selling properties with over 20 years of experience in the arena.<\/p>\n
